REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
You are eligible for a replacement or exchange only if:
- The item you received is damaged or defective.
- You did not receive the item you ordered.
To request a replacement, please send photos of the damaged or incorrect items to us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or WhatsApp (9021844080). If your replacement request is approved, we will send you a tracking ID as soon as your replacement is dispatched. Items returned to us without a prior replacement request will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt and create an unboxing video. If any item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Provide the unboxing video to verify the issue.
UNBOXING VIDEO GUIDELINES
To create a valid unboxing video for your return request, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Video Length:Â The video should be between 1 and 4 minutes long.
- Clear Presentation:Â Ensure the video is well-lit and clearly shows the product and packaging.
- Uploading:Â Please upload the unboxing video to a whats app number 9021844080.
REFUNDS
If we are unable to deliver your order within 20 days of the order date (within India), you will be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. However, please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Important Notes:
- No refunds will be issued for rejected or refused packages. If you refuse to accept the delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund. Should you wish to have the package re-delivered, an additional delivery fee will apply, which will be discussed at a later time.
- In case of missing items, no refund will be provided. We will promptly send the missing items after you provide an unboxing video for verification.
- Refund requests will only be considered if Fomo Store fails to ship the ordered products or the shipping location is not serviced by our courier.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you discover any defect in the product (such as glue issues or damaged skin), please send images to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. After reviewing the images, we will arrange a replacement as per our discussion with you.
The life of the skin largely depend on whether it has been applied properly as per the instructions provided. Apart from delivering the best, our greatest priority is providing the best support to our customers.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS​
- You may request a cancellation within 2-4 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee of 18% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund.
- Cancellations will not be accepted once the order is processed by the payment gateway.
NON-RETURNABLE & CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind or feel the product does not meet your expectations, as all products are custom-made after receiving orders.
- Variations in color and design may occur due to screen calibration. These minor variations are not considered defects, and returns or refunds will not be granted on this basis.
- Customized products (such as skins with custom wallpapers/images) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded image does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
GOODS UNDELIVERED BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER ISSUES
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept the delivery, or other customer-related reasons, an INR 89 charge will be applied for return-to-origin fees. You will need to provide updated delivery details and cover any additional shipping costs before the item is re-shipped. Refunds or design change requests will not be entertained under such circumstances.
​CUSTOMISED ORDERS
No refunds will be given in the customized orders.
In case the customer wants any specific wallpaper/image printed on the Skin, liabilities arising from any copyright or other intellectual property violations will belong to the customer. Fomo Store does not bear any responsibility regarding the confidentiality and possible misuse of the custom images being uploaded, however, Fomo Store has done its best to protect the privacy of such images.
