Processing Time: Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after placing it. Neon Lights orders are typically dispatched within 5-6 business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm IST).
Delivery Time: Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 to 7 working days for regular orders and 6-8 Business Working days for Neon Lights. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and order size.
Please be aware that during sales or high-order periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Note: For laptop skins, stickers, and posters, if delivery takes more than 20 days, we will investigate the delay and refund you the amount.

Shipping Costs

Prepaid Orders:

• Enjoy Free Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹249/- for regular orders. Neon Lights orders also qualify for free standard shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• A charge of ₹59 is applicable for COD orders. This fee covers the COD handling charges incurred by the courier service for regular orders.
• We advise opting for prepaid payments for a safer, contactless delivery experience.
• Free shipping on all standard Neon Lights orders.

What Happens if My Order Isn’t Delivered?

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
• In case of delivery failure, we will not issue any refund for regular orders. However, for Neon Lights orders, if delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
